This is a very useful resource that I have used in lessons as a starter and for revision homework which is based on each of the acts in ‘Macbeth’. These pyramids are inspired by Kate Jones. They are differentiated so students can tackle the easier revision questions if they wish or the more challenging ones. The aim for the students is to achieved the highest points score at the end of the challenge.

This is a full lesson based on an extract from Act 5, Scene 5 - Macbeth’s hubris and Lady Macbeth’s death. There is a ‘do now’ activity and a model what/how/why paragraph based the the extract.
